APE is very pleased to introduce a special group of supporters:

• Delta residents (and Langara College students) Alexis Demmery and Gillian Nicol are taking an active role in opposing port development at Roberts Bank. Recognizing the detrimental effects an expanded Deltaport will have on the air shed, the environment, agricultural land and their quality of life, they have embarked on a campaign to raise awareness amongst those from the younger generation.



• Also sharing the same views is SDSS student, Georgine Aho. As a member of South Delta Secondary's Global Awareness Club, Georgine is passionate about preserving a healthy environment. She too, is dedicating her time to raise awareness amongst her peers.
