Port Pollution

Here's a short video that anyone living in a port community should see.

This 10 minute video addresses the air quality concerns in neighborhoods surrounding the Los Angeles and Long Beach Port Complex.

"People living near the L.A. Ports are subsidizing the price of tennis shoes with their lives" and "1,200 Southern Californians die every year from soot and smog" and "we're living in a diesel death zone" are just some of the comments heard in the presentation.
